The Adventure Begins.....
Well, the house closed today, Monday, June 11, 2007. So the adventure begins. I spent the weekend with my cousins on the reservation. It was nice, despite my back being jacked up due to moving. (I'm getting too old to be moving furniture and boxes.) I will be spending the next few weeks (on and off) with my wonderful, hospitable daughter in her apartment. I plan on seeing a few friends around the state before I leave. Kevin and Cheri are going to definitely be on my schedule and my cousin Brigette is coming to Phoenix for a couple days to pick up the nieces and nephew's to take them to Florida for vacation. I have also the Scrap booking Retreat with Nancy, Mona and Reesa will be on June 21, 22 and 23rd. Then it's off to Hawaii. Yes....the plans have already changed. I am going to spend the month of July on the island of Oahu. This is my birthday present to me. I'd like to learn to do lot's of things like snorkel and maybe even learn to Hula....well, try at least. When and "if" I return to the "mainland" I'll post again to let you know. Until next time!
